Delete your Flyling account

You can delete your Flyling account and all its data at any time.

In the app

1. Open Flyling and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete account and data.
3. Type your fly's name to confirm.

This removes your fly, training records, consents, device records, sign-in identity and any data export file from our server and your phone at once. It cannot be undone.

Without the app

Email contact@epsilondelta.ai from the address of the Apple or Google account you linked, or include your account ID (it is in the file from Settings → Download my data). We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What we keep

Nothing that identifies you. Copies in our hosting provider's backups are gone within 7 days. If you had agreed to research use, pseudonymous research copies are deleted within 90 days (see the privacy policy, section 6).
